And I knew a couple of people that would buy comics and never even open them. They just liked collecting them.

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">I've never been much of a reader either. That's why I really like comics; it's half reading, half artwork. Also, it gets my mind off work, and I don't have to commit days and weeks of time on one book. I also like the fact that there's something new to look forward to each week, and the variety is cool.

I'm waiting for all four to come out before I start reading, so the story flows better.

I love comics for all those same reasons......although I can be a "reader", I just don't read that many books. For me to sit down and read a BOOK, I've gotta love the thing (I couldn't put The Catcher in the Rye down)....

And collecting comics just to collect them really makes no sense to me......you could just buy a nice printer and print out the covers each week, and it'd be the same difference
